Spy Journal 3.0 Filtering the web for you

Back when I was riding mountain bikes in a club my nickname was crash. For good reason. I even got a trophy one year for crash of the year. It was a beauty. Yesterday Jude and I and Jadeen went riding / exercising. On the way we stopped and did step ups, pushups and squats etc. About half way around the circle loop we were on we stopped briefly at the bmx track where I was getting some air on the jumps. Now technically this wasn't rider error, but as I came down from one jump and went to stand hard on the pedals to get some speed up for the next jump, the toe clip parted company with the pedal, and my foot went flying forward and I somersaulted over the handlebars. I landed on my chin, shoulder and helmet. I have a nice big graze on my shoulder and chin. I was able to explain to Jade, that if you're not getting hurt, your probably not trying hard enough! Now she has someone else to compare bruises with. as the recipient of rollerblades and a scooter for her birthday last month, she is already experiencing some pain! She certainly is trying hard.
