My Day - or pink padded cell please

So far I have today (since I rose from my bed at 9am):

• Resolved a wages issue for a client including dealing with upset employees, and their boss, calculating backpay of wages and making accounting changes - 2 hours - unpaid


• Entered a few transactions and reconciled my GST accounts in my accounting sofware - 1/2 hour - unpaid


• Attempted to resolve software issues with the ATO (tax office) related to browser and Java versions - 1 hour - unpaid


• Fixed some modules in clients websites and tested - 1/2 hour - unpaid


• Wrote countless emails answering questions on every subject I know anything about - or so it seems - and some I don't! total 20 emails - 1 hour - unpaid


• Made phone calls to chase money owed to me - half an hour - unpaid


• Made phone calls about possible contracts - that were no good - 1/4 hour - unpaid


• Pulled a dolls crotch apart (unscrewed it) added araldite and rescrewed it while comforting child who acted as nurse in the workshop operating theatre - 1/2 hour - unpaid


• Researched potential work (unpaid) that I could volunteer to do! - 1/2 hour - unpaid


• Fixed the fence that separates the dog from the garden, put the weeds in the compost bin and instructed the kids on the use of the hose near open windows with computers inside them - am expecting the power to go off any minute as a shot of water lands on electrical powerboards and trips the earth leakage switch - 1/4 hour - unpaid


• Prepared for home group tonight - that probably won't happen due to all the kids being infectious - 1/4 hour - unpaid


• Wrote this - 1/4 hour - unpaid

Maybe I should look at getting a job delivering junk mail! - At least then I would get paid!
