Thai Cooking
My wife is so good to me. She knows my favorite food is Thai.While fortifying myself for the next hours (during which I plan to be asleep) with a small snack in the kitchen (sandwich of roast beef and horseradish cream with brie and tomatoes and cracked pepper on a home made multigrain bread - followed by 2 pieces of spicy seed and fruit bread with blackberry conserve and cream) I spied a Practical Thai Cooking recipe book.
I plan to encourage her to try every recipe in the book over the next couple of months. Failing that there is our local Thai Restaurant that does a fantastic red duck curry about 8 minutes drive away.
