I am in the process of booking myself a holiday – and not just any ordinary holiday!

Most people will have heard of Brindabella, the most famous Sydney to Hobart yacht race winner. Well the man who is managing her this year is also in charge of Kioni. I am booking myself a ten day sail from Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays down to the Gold Coast as part of the transfer process of moving the boat up and down the coast. I am super excited. My mate Sharpie has set me up and I’m super excited about the opportunity. Check out this YouTube channel for some videos of Kioni in action.

Now there’s two of us!

We went to the zoo today for Mercedes birthday. We only went for the morning after having presents at home. On the way we stopped for breakfast and so did the Army – I got some pictures of the APC’s on their way to an exercise.
