Interesting, DoPDF you say,

Interesting, DoPDF you say, I had been using CutePDF, but it won't run on Vista 64, despite it saying it should. I have thus been doing all my PDFing on my Mac since OS X supports PDF's natively. Shall have to get this DoPDF.

Also interesting, Adobe PDF Previewer in Outlook 2007 works for me, and so does send to One Note.

CutePDF Writer supports

CutePDF Writer supports Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/2003/Vista (x32/x64).

I just installed it and it see,s to work (just did one test print). It requires Ghostscript. There are 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Ghostscript. I installed the 64-bit version.
